We contacted the patio covering company on a Saturday morning and do glad we did!!! We are extremely pleased with it. From start to finish it was a very smooth process. Mike came to our home the same day I called. From start to finish it took only 2 days!!! His team was amazing and very efficient. We recently got a new puppy and they and new puppy loved having them/him around! Lol before our pool area was a wasted space…. But not no more!!! These guys are amazing! Great customer service, very friendly, very knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. I got my cover installed in September, it is now almost March and I had a few questions about the Alumawood material. I texted the consultant and he immediately responded, mind you, he moved out of state and no longer works for the company. He answered my questions anyway and put me back in touch with the owner. The owner came out very quickly and helped me with what I needed. They definitely stand by their product and the customer service doesn't stop once it's installed. I highly recommend this place. And I don't recommend lightly.

Starting with Ruben and the quote the team at The Patio Cover Co. were extremely helpful and easy to work with. They communicated with us throughout the process and helped to walk us through the steps and timeliness for the different phases of the process. Mike and the crew were early on build day, and completed the project within a matter of hours. We had a patio installed on 04/28/2022 it’s was a great decision it looks beautiful and I will definitely use them again for a patio for the front of my house. I would definitely recommend Mike to anyone else that would like to get a patio for their homes.

Everything went smoothly. They put it up in one day; no hiccups, no partially done work, no mess, no damage to the house structure. nothing except a beautiful new backyard cover. The colors match perfectly. It’s well lit and they installed the fans I chose. Look at it! (Ignore my temporary furniture mess) My dogs love it. My impossible-to-please mother loves it too! He was very patient and worked with us on a good design for a freestanding patio cover for our park model home. Absolutely love the privacy slats that he suggested! Mike and his team did the anchors for the posts and completed the install quickly and competently. They even installed a ceiling fan for us and lighting on this quality insulated structure. Arrived at 7:15am, had our 12x71 foot roof finished by 3:30, including fan installation and electrical outlet for lights. Excellent workmanship, and an impeccable quality product.
